Who we are

The site is operated by SC CRISTAL L SRL (Cristal L), registered with the Trade Register under no. J29/989/1991, fiscal code RO 1360911.

Shops: 15 Cuza Vodă Street, block 5D, ground floor, Ploiești; 2 Mihai Viteazu Square, block 37G, ground floor, Ploiești. The shops’ opening hours are shown on the Contact page.

What the site offers

The site is a catalogue of our products and services – stamps, laser engraving, trophies, personalised items, business cards and more – through which you can send us an order request.

There is no online payment on the site and you do not need a customer account.

How to order

• Add the products you want to the cart and fill in the form with your contact details and the details of the order (for example, the text for a stamp).
• Check the products and the details you entered and correct them, if needed, before sending; a mistake noticed later can be corrected together at confirmation.
• Send the request. Sending it involves no payment.
• We contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm the details, the final price and when the order will be ready.
• The contract is concluded only after we confirm your order and you accept the confirmation.

Until then, the request does not bind you to anything: if you do not accept the confirmation, you owe nothing. Nor are we obliged to accept a request; if we cannot fulfil it, we will let you know.

You may receive an automatic e-mail confirming that we have received your request. It does not mean that we have confirmed your order.

You can send the request in Romanian or in English. The request is kept in our records; there is no customer account where you can view it, but you can ask us about it at any time.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in lei (RON). For products marked “Price on request”, we tell you the price when we confirm the order.

We tell you the final price, the payment method and the other terms of the order at confirmation, before they become binding on you.

Picking up your products

Products are picked up from one of our shops: 15 Cuza Vodă Street, block 5D, ground floor, Ploiești; 2 Mihai Viteazu Square, block 37G, ground floor, Ploiești.

At confirmation we tell you when the order will be ready. Any other delivery arrangement is also agreed when the order is confirmed.

Personalised products

Most of our products are made to your instructions – for example, stamps with your text or logo, and engraved items.

We make them according to the details you confirm, so please check the text, the logo and the other details carefully before accepting the confirmation.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (an individual buying outside their trade or profession) and the contract is concluded at a distance, by phone or e-mail, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason (Government Emergency Ordinance, OUG, no. 34/2014). The period starts on the day you take possession of the product, normally the day you pick it up.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (Art. 16(1)(c) of OUG no. 34/2014), such as stamps with your text or items engraved to order. These are most of our products. When we confirm the order, we tell you which of the ordered products fall under this exception.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the period expires, by e-mail to cristall.ploiesti@gmail.com or in writing to one of our shops. You may use the model below, but you do not have to:

The product must be brought back to one of our shops, or sent to us, within 14 days of the day you told us about your withdrawal. If you send it, you bear the direct cost of returning it.

We refund all amounts paid for that product within 14 days of the day you told us about your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless we agree otherwise, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or proof that you have sent it.

You are liable only for any loss in the product’s value caused by handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Legal guarantee of conformity

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by OUG no. 140/2021: we are liable for any lack of conformity that exists when the product is handed over to you and becomes apparent within two years of that date.

If a product does not conform, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, by repair or replacement, free of charge, or, under the conditions set by law, to a price reduction or to the termination of the contract. For customers who are not consumers, such as companies, the rules of the Romanian Civil Code apply.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you are dissatisfied, please contact us first, at cristall.ploiesti@gmail.com, at 0244 593 377 or in one of our shops. We will look for a solution together.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use alternative dispute resolution, through ANPC’s electronic SAL platform: ANPC – Alternative dispute resolution.

Intellectual property

The texts, pictures, graphics and other elements of the site are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written consent, except where the law allows it.

Texts, logos and marks in your orders

When you ask us to put a text, logo, mark or image on a stamp or to engrave it, you must have the right to use it; the responsibility for this is yours.

We may refuse requests that would break the law or infringe the rights of others – for example, imitating an official stamp or seal without being entitled to it. We may ask you to prove that you have the right to use a particular text, logo or mark.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms and the contracts concluded with us are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection given by legal provisions that cannot be excluded by contract.

We will first try to settle any disagreement amicably. If we do not succeed, the dispute will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. An order request is governed by the version published on the site at the time you sent it.
